HyGenera, LLC was formed in August 2009 as a spinoff from Synkera Technologies, Inc. to commercialize hydrogen generation related products
developed by Synkera, including chemical sensors, gas separation membranes and systems, integrated catalytic membrane-reactors and hydrogen
generation via solar electrolysis.

Stephen Williams, PhD, is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of HyGenera. Steve has over 25 years in research and development and commercialization
within the chemical industry. He is the President, Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of Synkera Technologies, Inc.
Bruce Wilson, MBA, CPA, is the President of HyGenera and has over 30 years experience in growing small to middle market companies, with 15 years being devoted to the energy industry. During his career he has successfully attracted over $1billion in debt, equity and joint venture financing.
Brian Sperry, BSEE, MBA, is the Chief Financial Officer and Director of HyGenera. He has: 30 years experience in contract management, budgeting and accounting. He is the Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and co-founder of Synkera Technologies and has founded two other startup companies.
Debra Deininger, M.S., Director of Business Development, has over 20 years of experience in the development, commercialization and implementation of sensor technologies for a wide range of applications.
